I specialize in increasing revenue streams, reducing expenses and inefficiencies, and creating enterprise value for my clients. As an Eagle Scout and lifetime athlete, I understand the discipline, leadership, and resilience required to be successful, skills I bring into every client relationship and project management initiative. Whether assisting small businesses with group health benefits, commercial and personal property needs, or guiding you through long-term care and life insurance options, I’m passionate about solving problems and empowering business owners, executives, and families to achieve your goals. I will also conduct workshops on topics like medicare planning and lifetime income strategies. Outside of work, I like to play tennis and golf, and I’m deeply committed to giving back to my community. I’m active in volunteering and leading fundraising initiatives for nonprofits like the Thrive In Joy The Nick Fagnano Foundation to encourage young people to discover their character strengths and the joy of service.
